PROJECT REFERENCES

Demonstrating ANT Technology in Malaysia and Internationally

Victory World Sdn Bhd showcases selected pilot demonstrations and international project references that demonstrate the practical application, versatility, and performance of ANT Technology in road construction and pavement stabilization.

1. ANT Trial Road at Labuan

Industrial Area, Labuan, Malaysia

A 20-metre trial road was successfully constructed in an industrial area in Labuan to demonstrate the effectiveness of ANT Technology under Malaysian site conditions.

The trial was carried out using locally available soil stabilized with ANT Stabilizer, supported by technical guidance from engineers representing the principal ANT Technology team from Delhi, India. The project demonstrated how local soils can be improved and transformed into a strong, durable pavement foundation suitable for industrial road applications.

The successful completion of this trial provided an important reference for the use of ANT Technology in Malaysia, especially for industrial access roads, internal roads, service roads, and other infrastructure areas where cost-effective and sustainable pavement solutions are required.

Key Highlights

  • Demonstrated Trial Road ANT Technology under Malaysian site conditions.

  • Used locally available soil as the main construction material.

  • Reduced dependence on imported aggregates.

  • Showcased the stabilization process from site preparation to final compaction.

  • Provided an early Malaysian reference for industrial road applications.

  • Technical Support - Engineers from ANT Technology principal company, Delhi, India

2. Jitra Pilot Demonstration

Jitra, Kedah, Malaysia

The Jitra Pilot Demonstration was carried out in a paddy field area in Kedah to evaluate the performance of ANT Technology under local soil and field conditions.

This pilot project demonstrated the use of locally available soil and conventional construction equipment to form a stabilized road foundation. The process included site preparation, mixing, stabilization, compaction, and final road formation.

The project is significant because it shows that ANT Technology can be applied beyond urban and industrial roads. It also has strong potential for rural roads, farm access roads, estate roads, plantation roads, and infrastructure projects in areas where conventional road construction materials may be limited or expensive.

The completed pilot road demonstrated improved surface stability and practical constructability using locally available materials.

Key Highlights

  • Demonstrated ANT Technology in a rural paddy field environment.

  • Used locally available soil and standard site equipment.

  • Showed suitability for rural, agricultural, and estate road applications.

  • Provided Malaysian field evidence of the stabilization process.

  • Supported future applications for low-volume and access roads.

3. Global ANT Technology Projects

Proven Performance Worldwide

ANT Technology has been successfully applied in road construction and pavement stabilization projects across international markets, with significant implementation experience in India and other countries.

The principal company’s technical literature highlights the use of ANT Technology for national highways, state highways, district roads, rural roads, industrial roads, warehouse floors, shipyard and harbor roads, and mine haul roads. The brochure also refers to more than 4,500 kilometres of ANT Stone Roads constructed in India, demonstrating the technology’s wide application across diverse infrastructure environments.

These international references provide confidence that ANT Technology is not limited to a single road type or climate condition. It has been applied across different geographic, environmental, and traffic conditions, including areas exposed to heavy vehicle loading, industrial operations, and challenging soil conditions.

For Malaysia, this global track record supports the introduction of ANT Technology for highways, plantation roads, mining haul roads, industrial parks, port infrastructure, airport service roads, rural roads, and pavement rehabilitation projects.

Key Highlights

  • Proven international implementation.

  • Used across multiple road and pavement types.

  • Suitable for heavy-duty and infrastructure applications.

  • Supports sustainable road construction using local materials.

  • Provides a strong reference base for the Malaysian market.

Global ANT Technology Projects
ANT Technology has been implemented across thousands of kilometres of road projects internationally, demonstrating proven performance for highways, industrial roads, mining roads, ports, airports, and heavy-duty pavement applications.

Proven Technology. Local Implementation.

Victory World Sdn Bhd is committed to bringing proven ANT Technology to Malaysia through pilot demonstrations, technical collaboration, site evaluations, and project-specific engineering support.

From Labuan to Jitra and from international references to future Malaysian infrastructure projects, ANT Technology demonstrates a practical pathway toward stronger roads, reduced material dependency, faster construction, and more sustainable pavement solutions.
